Flying In For Your Bear Hunting Adventure

The nearest commercial airport is the John G. Diefenbaker International Airport in Saskatoon. Commercial flights connecting Saskatoon are available from all over the world. Airlines serving Saskatoon include Air Canada Express, Canadian North Airlines, United Airlines, Lufthanza, and Delta (which is seasonal service only).

Airport pickup: We do not offer airport pickup because the time and cost would be significantly more than the price of a rental vehicle at the Saskatoon airport.

Rental vehicles will need to be 4 wheel drive because a good portion of the trip is on an unimproved road, we suggest an all wheel drive SUV or a 4X4 pickup with good tires. An extra spare tire is a good idea given the condition of the road to camp.

To those who are flying in my suggestion is to bring a medium size cooler and a duffel. Pack your duffel bag with your clothes in it. Then put your food into the cooler once you arrive in Saskatchewan and are shopping for groceries, and you can then put your bear hide into the cooler for the return trip back home.
