Our Deposit Policy

Deposits:
Our deposit Structure is $1000.00 required upon booking, then $825.00 in the first week of April and the final payment is due upon your arrival in camp.

For the remaining dates of 2021 we will require a 50% deposit upon booking. A final payment will be due upon your arrival in camp. This is because if the borders do not open these hunts will be pushed back to the spring 2022 season.

Refunds:
We only issue a refund if the hunts can be resold.

Can a Deposit be moved to another year:
Yes, deposits can be moved to another year, if cancellation is done more than 90 days prior to the hunt. Less than 90 days prior to the hunt, 50% of the deposit is transferable unless the hunt can be resold. If the hunt is resold then 100% of the client's deposit will be transferred.

Hidden costs:
There are no hidden costs and any Gratuities are purely optional.

Discounts:
We do offer a 5% discount for groups of 6 hunters booking, 10% discount for groups of 10 or more. Also, there is a 10% discount for repeat clients.

Can a hunt be extended by paying extra:
Yes, a hunt can be extended if arrangements are made prior to arriving. We may or may not be able to extend a trip on short notice. Our last hunting week in June is the easiest hunt for us to extend
